If you apply for a medical exemption, the anti-doping officer and NM officer at NPAF and the anti-doping officer at POSA will have access to your health information.

If you are prosecuted for a breach of the doping regulations, the judicial authorities in POSA will have access to your personal data. The WHEA can appeal a doping case so that they will also have access to the information.
