You can subscribe to the newsletter so that you receive e-mails from the Norwegian Pole & Aerial Association about current news. In order for us to send e-mail to the correct subscriber, you must register first name, last name and e-mail address

If you direct an inquiry to the Norwegian Pole & Aerial Association via the websites, for example by sending us an e-mail, relevant information may be stored, for example name and e-mail address. We review, archive and delete inquiries as necessary, but no less often than every two years. In order to safeguard any history and logic in the comment field, comments are not deleted systematically. At www.polesportnorge.no you can sign up as a member or register to compete in the Norwegian pole & aerial championship by providing your name, date of birth, e-mail, telephone and postal address. The personal information will not be used for purposes other than executing the order. Accounting material is kept for up to five years, according to the rules in the Bookkeeping Act.

At www.polesportnorge.no you can register for our events and workshops by entering your name and email and paying via Styreweb. The personal information will not be used for purposes other than executing the order.

When you visit the Norwegian Pole & Aerial Association's website, your IP address is registered. Norges Pole & Aerial Forbund does not link this information directly to you as a user. We use the information to administer and maintain our pages. Examples of what the statistics provide answers to are: how many people visit various pages, how long the visit lasts, which websites the users come from and which browser is used. For athletes for the Norwegian Championship:

Personal data that is collected and processed includes:

  • Name, addresses in all forms (home, e-mail, IP, etc.) telephone number

  • Medical information about diagnoses and treatment

  • Information related to potential rule violations

Personal data that NPAF collects is used to be able to:

  • Plan and implement the Norwegian Championship in collaboration with POSA

  • Plan and carry out unannounced doping controls

  • Investigate and prosecute potential violations of the doping regulations

  • Process applications for medical exemptions

  • Provide information related to preventive anti-doping work

  • Cooperation with other anti-doping organizations and authorities

Who has access to your personal data?

  • Your personal information, as well as the form you submit for the Norwegian Championship, will be available to POSA Competitions and the Judge Committee.

  • If you apply for a medical exemption, the anti-doping officer and NM officer at NPAF and the anti-doping officer at POSA will have access to your health information.

  • If you are prosecuted for a breach of the doping regulations, the judicial authorities in POSA will have access to your personal data. The WHEA can appeal a doping case so that they will also have access to the information.

To ensure that the processing of information is conducted securely, only specifically authorized individuals within the Norwegian Pole & Aerial Federation have access to the information you provide us. We will not disclose, sell, distribute, rent, license, share or forward information or personal information to any third parties other than those who have an agreement and provide services to the Norwegian Pole & Aerial Association, unless we have your express consent to the. 

It is voluntary to subscribe to the newsletter from the Norwegian Pole & Aerial Association. The newsletters contain current information about pole & aerial Norway, but may also contain information about products and services from our partners. The newsletters are sent out with varying frequency. You can cancel your subscription at any time via a link in the newsletter.

 

We do not allow a third party to use your personal data for marketing or communication purposes.

If Norges Pole & Aerial Forbund processes personal data about you, you have the right to access your own data. If the personal information is incorrect, incomplete or there is no access to process it, you can also ask Norges Pole & Aerial Forbund to correct the information. We do not process and store information for longer than is necessary for the intended purpose or for what is required in accordance with concluded agreements and not beyond the limits of the law. We delete personal data when a user gives notice that he/she no longer wishes to use the service. For example, your e-mail address that is used for sending newsletters will be deleted when you cancel your subscription, but also if we receive feedback that it is not active.

Other personal data that is not linked to an active subscription will be deleted after one year at the latest.

Norges Pole & Aerial Forbund may use the information that we collect about you when we have reason to believe that it is necessary to identify, contact, or take legal action against persons or companies that may harm you, us, or others. We may also disclose your information when we believe the law requires it.
